If you mean dynamic on server side, then you have to give some hint  
about who's handling the dynamic content generation (PHP, CGI, kl1,  
etc.) via file extension and kloned configuration file, i.e. the "cgi"  
directives' section.  Instead, dynamic pages that are eval'd on client  
side are opaque to klone and can be given any extension (and content)  
you want.
