Hi Diakat,
.htaccess file is not supported at the moment.
You can use the response_set_content_type() function to explicitily
set "application/octet-stream" (or any other content type) from .kl1
files.
If you want to change the content type of static files (if you're
using the FS supplier) you have to modify the static structure in
mime_map.c.
