Yes of course. I do that with Mozilla Firefox by modifing the next keys :
- browser.cache.disk.enable=false
- browser.cache.memory.enable=false
- browser.cache.check_doc_frequency=1

But I test with a lot of browsers and it was easiest to disable the cache
with KLone.
