[Klone-users] restrict of KLone on Windows

I've just updated the msgchan klapp fixing the bug that brings to the  
100% cpu usage and adding a patch that let the msgchan work on new  
releases of Flash 9  (release 115 and up) that enforce a different  
security policy (see http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/fplayer9_security.html 
  for more info).
