Hi,

your syntax is correct but you need to use the full path to specify  
the destination directory:

dir_alias	/css	/usr/local/css/

if the path changes for every installation you can use an external  
kloned.conf generated by the installer and launch klone using
	kloned -f CONFIGFILE
