I set the GENERATE_LATEX variable to YES in klone/doc/doxy/kl1.doxy  
and run 'doxygen kl1.doxy'.

Then I moved into the latex/ directory created by Doxygen and called  
'make'.

I was lucky enough that all required tools where already installed on  
my box :)
