just for curiosity, what browser are you using ?  I've tested 2.1.0  
with Firefox and other assorted command line clients (openssl  
s_client, wget, curl) and everything is ok.  Safari instead has given  
me troubles as it can't speak TLSv1 ...

Anyway, try this patch and tell us if it works for you.  As usual add:

KLONE_TARGET_PATCH_FILE = $(CURDIR)/2.1.0-ssl.patch
<<<
to your apps' Makefile.
